At the end of…November 2013. Geneva
I was writing in my journal over a period of years and now at the end of writing it, I am trying to leave only the most important pieces of the text, these are the most critical moments either in my ability to get awareness or to make important decisions that were fulfilled later- which resulted in 65 plus pages. As a result, I decided to structure this essay into 3 main sections.
In the first chapter, I will describe my issues, and struggles. In the second chapter, I will talk about my “inner work”. I wanted to leave all the written material in the order it was written, based on dates. So you can understand it and feel the evolution and development of my process. In the third chapter, I will share my state of being or development at the end of this journey. I will talk about results.
Also, at the beginning and towards the end of this journal, I will write more about the theoretical aspects of PW, the ideas and tools which I was using.
